Brookvale Settlement
Over the many years that we have been involved with Brookvale we have undertaken many demanding and rewarding challenges.
The very first ‘sound to light room’ was installed which is designed to respond back to people who have difficulties in communication or emotional problems. We created the first ‘Therapeutic Gardens’ which included major water scenes, which now sit at the very heart of the complex enjoyed by all in every season.
We have converted most of the existing bedrooms into en-suites providing modern accommodation for all of Brookvale’s residents, developed and constructed new classroom facilities in a purpose built facility separate from the main complex to help with the ever increasing demand for education within the complex.
We have also upgraded all the existing drainage systems including the incorporation of new holding tanks to cope with all of the increased facilities, modernised the external car parking areas and undertook the conversion of cottages adjacent to the main complex to form residential occupancy units for disabled children.
In tandem to carrying out the new and exciting developments over the years we have also been involved in the ongoing maintenance of all of the complex ensuring that the environment is kept to an exceptional standard for all residents to enjoy living and working in.
We are always looking to assist Brookvale with its ever changing needs as the community develops and grows and trust that this partnership lasts long into the future.
