Project: Fresca Restaurants Ltd. A design and build project rollout of a planned 20 restaurant chain.

Contract Duration:Initial project duration 8 weeks start on site to opening with a value of £400,000.

Scope of Works: Full acquisition of site, feasibility studies, project finance, project management from concept to completion, design and build of Italian restaurant chain. The initial project consists of a full design and fit out of a restaurant facility within an existing multi tenanted occupied building.

Challenges: The Client brief was developed within a very short timescale to obtain building regulatory approval, full working drawings and complete fit out. Completion of the project involved planning to minimise noise and disruption for a multi tenanted building. This involved out of hours working whilst minimising any associated costs.
