Tesco - Crewe

Project Duration Six weeks

Type of Project New build modular store and full fit out.

Scope of WorkThe site was originally classified as “brownfiled” which we had to remediate and prepare foundations to receive a bespoke modular structure of 13,500 square feet trading area. Additionally all drainage and car parking works were undertaken in the same time frame. The building was fully fitted out by our teams including the management of client direct contractors.

Challenges There were potential issues with main sewer connections which put pressure on the closure of external works with the internal fit out requiring detailed “top down” planning to accommodate floor finishes and mechanical and electrical trades simultaneously.
