We have successfully achieved ISO 9001 (relating to Quality Management) and OHSAS 18001(relating to Occupational Health & Safety) certification.

Modular Solutions



Offsite construction methods are techniques that primarily bring construction activities from the building site into a controlled factory environment. The factory set up allows regular quality checks to be imposed rigorously at strategic stages during the manufacturing process.

Once delivered to site, these offsite products are easily and quickly installed. This shortens the overall site construction programme.

We have a strategic alliance with a modular unit manufacturer allowing us to provide a supply and fix bid for cost effective store space up to 20,000ft and above with guaranteed factory finish installed in the optimum programme period.

Some of the benefits we are able to offer from using modular construction are:

  • Significantly faster construction programme times – off-site manufacturing of superstructure can be done at the same time as the substructure works are being carried out
  • More cost effective than traditional construction methods – speed of construction ensuring costs are much lower
  • Disruption to site is less due to fewer deliveries and less people being required during the shorter site works – meaning less disturbance for customers, staff and neighbours
  • Can be fitted out off-site therefore reducing activities and on-site waste
  • Less waste would be created on site by the use of off-site construction methods
  • Any type of finish can be added to the end building
  • Improved quality due to factory controlled conditions
  • Research carried out by WRAP has shown that off-site construction generates up to 90 per cent less waste compared to site-based building methods
  • Sustainable construction due to the carbon efficient design, and minimal waste during construction
  • 90% less use of vehicles on site than required by traditional construction

Supply chain

We use only pre-qualified sub-contractors and suppliers, while client preferred suppliers are reviewed for competence and compatibility with our own supply chain.

Quality control

We have a structured quality assurance system and clear programme of work which ensures work is not only delivered to the highest of quality but is also snag-free and right the first time.

Health and Safety management

Health and Safety is at the very top of our delivery system and every site addresses each operation from this perspective. Regular independent audits ensure operations are completed according to our project management system and according to method statements for each element of work.

Handover and after sales service

Our projects are handed over with all elements completed along with the necessary H+S and O+M information, while our bespoke checklist in our close-out process ensures a controlled project completion. All projects and programmes of work are managed by a dedicated team and Account Manager who retains ownership throughout the whole process.
