Johnson are Investors in People
We are very happy to announce that after in-depth assessment, Johnson Group have been approved for the IiP Standard. The IiP standard provides a framework that helps organisations improve performance and realise objectives through the effective management and development of their people.
Achieving the IiP standard recognises our good practice in people management and development. It is a particularly notable achievement in the current economic climate. During the assessment process, several members of staff were interviewed about their own experiences working for Johnson Group.
Many thanks to these people for their positive responses that have enabled us to achieve this standard, along with the staff directly involved with fulfilling our action plan over the past year.
